Detaching a document from a template

To make changes to both the locked and editable regions of a page that uses a template, you must first detach the page from the template. Once the page is detached, you can edit it as if no template were applied. However, the page will no longer be updated when the template is updated.

To detach a document from a template:

1	Open the document you want to detach.
2	Choose Modify > Templates > Detach From Template.

The page is detached from the template and all regions become editable.
